I don't want to jinx it but I seem to be on a roll with posts at the moment. It feels so good to actually be posting again. I can't remember the last time I wrote and posted regularly. It's definitely been about 6 months.

Anyway April has flown by. My baby brother is now 19 and I feel super old. May means I turn 25. On the plus side my car insurance finally goes down a lot because apparently over 25 year olds drive like saints. My best friend also gets married in May and I cannot wait for the big day. Plus I'll be reunited with all my uni friends. We haven't seen each other in forever. May is going to be a good month. I can feel it.

So here's what I loved in April. Once again it's a fair bit of skincare. I feel like next month there will be more makeup featured.

Starting the year as I mean to go on...late with my favourites. I thought I'd write up my 2017 beauty favourites to share with you, you can also check out what I loved in 2016 here. It was meant to go up last week but unfortunately 2018 has just consisted of a massive headache so far. I am on day 12 of a damn cluster headache that I can't seem to shake. I have finally managed to get this post finished though so after a bit of a delay here are the beauty products that stood out in 2017

I actually have a favourites post this month and it's even a tad early. I'm still not really wearing makeup much and if I do it tends to just be eyeliner, mascara, highlighter and lipstick. I do have my favourite highlighter, lipsticks and eyeliner for you though. I will also have my all time favourite beauty products from the whole of 2017 for you soon. As usual my monthly favourites is a little bit late. At the start of every month I promise myself that this is the month I am going to get my shit together and post on a proper schedule and then it all goes wrong. I think it's time to face that I will never have a blog schedule. Anyway here is what I've been loving recently.

June is over and done and tbh I'm freaking out a lil bit. Summer is my favourite time and now I keep hearing people saying it's nearly autumn and I'm not ready to be cold. I haven't had enough sun. I looved the heatwave we had even if I did have to travel home in my bra because the back of my top was soo sweaty from being in my wheelchair. I was made for the summer.

Anyway moving on. It's a tad late but here is what I was loving in June apart from the Sun

It's favourites time again. This month has been pretty good. I mean I celebrated my birthday with peanut butter cookies and cake so it kinda had to be a good month. We've had some amazing weather and I am always happier when it's warm. I'm such a sun worshipper lets just ignore the fact that the sun betrayed me and fried me to a crisp. I'm peeling so bad it's ridiculous. Now onto my favourites.

My April favourites only actually have one makeup product. What is this madness? My skin has been horrendous so I haven't really worn makeup. I have however fallen in love with some new nail polishes which make my icy glittery heart happy. April may have flown by but May is officially my birthday month (10th May if you wanna know) so that's exciting and also makes me feel old.

How is March over already? It's not been a great month for posting. I mean this year so far has been pretty shit for posting in general. My brother was in hospital for nearly 2 weeks this month and I swear I have literally only been in my house to sleep and sometimes not even for that as I've been sleeping at my parents house. I'm hoping to get organised in April and start posting more consistently. Fingers crossed.

Todays post is a colab with one of my favourite people, my twin Sarah from Sarah in Wonderland. You need to check out her blog. It's the best and that's not even me being biased. So we decided as it was valentines to do a shout out to the products that have stolen out hearts. It started out as top 3, expanded to top 5 and we finally settled on our top 10. It is so difficult to narrow down my faves to only 10 products but here is what I settled on.

You may have noticed it's been a bit quiet on here recently. I managed to catch a horrific cough/cold and I have been so ill. Fun chronic illness fact - All colds, bugs etc go straight to my joints and cause a massive flare up. Soo a casual cough caused me to be bed bound for a week. I have never slept so much. Shoutout to my parents and Netflix for helping me survive.

January has been a bit of a hectic month with not much makeup wearing happening so there's only one makeup product in my faves this month and only 6 products in total. So here's what I was loving

Everyone and their Grandma is uploading their fave christmassy films. You can never have enough film recommendations and I love seeing which ones are the most popular so I thought I'd add my choices. Watching films is one of my favourite things to do and it's something I can actually do when my body is being super crappy. I own so many DVDs I have to keep getting my Dad to build me more shelves. So here are my fave christmas choices
